Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your integration preferences (a selection from a list of services). This data is used to notify you about the dev-views launch and to carry out a double opt-in confirmation process. Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the selected topic, and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries) or Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for contract-related requests.

Cloudflare (Hosting & CDN)
This website is hosted as a Cloudflare Worker and delivered via the Cloudflare global network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access this website, Cloudflare processes your IP address, approximate country (from the cf-ipcountry header), request URL, browser user agent and timestamps, in order to route the request, defend against attacks and deliver content from the nearest edge location. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, performant website). A data processing agreement is incorporated into the Cloudflare Self-Serve Subscription Agreement. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides a valid basis for the transfer of personal data to the United States. Supabase (Database)
Waitlist entries (email address, integration preferences, confirmation status, timestamps) are stored in a Postgres database operated by Supabase, Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992. Data is hosted within the European Union (Frankfurt am Main, Germany, region eu-central-1) and is not transferred outside the EU in the ordinary course of operations. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Supabase, which additionally incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR for any incidental transfers to Supabase's US-based entities (e.g. for support purposes). Resend (Email delivery)
Confirmation emails (double opt-in) and contact form replies are sent via Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Your email address and the contents of the message are transferred to Resend solely for delivery. The transfer to the United States is covered by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR which incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR. 4. Retention Period
Waitlist data is retained until you withdraw your consent or the service becomes publicly available. Contact inquiries are deleted after being fully processed, and no later than 6 months after receipt. Data will be deleted immediately upon request.

This website does not use tracking cookies. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser via LocalStorage (key: dv-cookie-consent). This value never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any server.
